More than a year and a half ago Debra said, “We should write a book with a bunch of authors!”

I was probably multitasking at the time, so I was all, “SURE! That sounds like fun.”

And then it got serious–well as serious as we can get. And it was fun. And crazy. And an awesome challenge. I like all those things, and I love Debra, so I was in.

We amassed an amazing group of talented authors with a massive range of skill sets and proposed the idea; write one story, chapter by chapter. We passed it around like a dirty sock, laughing evilly as we wrote each other into corners and dropped it in the next author’s lap. It was a very cool experience. And I’m so excited that we can finally share it with you all today!
